Our delectable fine dining restaurant serves a collection of Contemporary Western cuisine in a dramatic over water setting. Choose from seared foie gras with apple & cumin compote to our homemade truffled potato ravioli and parmesan crisps. Open for Dinner every night, the restaurant also incorporates an over water wine cellar with over 1250 bottles of selected fine wines for degustation dinners.

Islanders Grill

Al-fresco dining island style with individual dining pavilions sprawled on the ample beach expanse, the grill offers a relaxed ambiance within a natural setting for a laid back lunch or an A La Carte Dinner.
